ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Forest Watcher from 24.01.1995 notionally for purpose of getting all benefits pension by taking into account his seniority and qualification, on par with his Junior V.Mottaiyandi, and as followed in W.P.No. 23548 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023 and in WP(MD).No. 28911 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction to regularize the service, since he has also made a representation to the respondents on 06.07.2025, without entering upon the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent 2/4

to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2025 and also take into account the order of this Court made in W.P.No. 23548 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023 and in WP(MD).No. 28911 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
