[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in Odai Survey Nos.180, 181, 183, 187, 362 at Seelaiyankottai Oorani and in Survey Nos.122/3, 121/4C1, 122/4, 121/4C2, 80/1A, 80/B, 80/2, 117/1, 117/2, 134/1, 134/2, 136, 132/2, 181/2, 181/3, 128/1, 128/1 at T.Pudukkottai, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the representation dated 21.03.2017.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made a representation as early as on 21.03.2017 ventilating encroachment in the aforesaid survey numbers, till date the same has not been removed.

3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the encroachment, as projected by the petitioner in his representation, would be removed, after due opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Pleader and directing the authorities concerned to remove the encroachment as projected by the petitioner in his representation, in the manner known to law, with in a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving sufficient opportunity to all the parties concerned, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
