The matter has been listed today(05.11.2025), under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner indicating that in Paragraph No.2 of the order dated 22.09.2025, instead of disbursing eligible Surrender leave salary along with interest, the respondents have been wrongly directed to disburse the delayed payment to the petitioner with interest. Further, it is stated that the name of the petitioner has been wrongly stated as S.Sundara Srinivasan, instead of 'K.Sundara Srinivasan'.

2. In view of the same, the name of the petitioner is modified as 'K.Sundara Srinivasan'. Further, Paragraph No.2 of the order dated 22.09.2025, is modified as follows:

" 2. Considering the admitted fact that there has been a delay in payment and based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.02.2025, the respondent is directed to disburse the surrender leave along with interest amount as per the relevant statutory provisions, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
