O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by an Operator working in the second respondent Corporation, seeking a Mandamus for disbursement of his pension and other consequential benefits.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner had attained superannuation on 31.07.2022 and yet the terminal benefits have not been released. The petitioner has sent a representation to the second respondent on 05.06.2024 seeking the above said benefits. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to sanction and disburse the eligible benefits to the writ petitioner 2/4

based upon the representation dated 05.06.2024 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
