ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to pay the petitioner interest at the rate of 18% per annum, for the period of delay 01.06.2023 to 09.03.2025 in paying the amounts paid towards his terminal benefits, namely, EPF Employee's Contribution, Gratuity and Encashment of leave within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and without affecting his right to claim balance amounts towards those benefits.

2. Considering the admitted fact that there has been a delay in payment and based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2025, the respondent is directed to disburse the interest amount as per the relevant statutory provisions, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
