This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the petitioner interest at the rate of 18 percentage per annum, for the period of delay from 01.03.20 to 01.06.21, in paying the amount paid towards the pension benefit namely Commutated value of pension, 2.Considering the admitted fact that there has been a delay in payment and based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2025, the respondents are directed to disburse the interest amount as per the relevant statutory provisions, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
