ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum, for the period of delay from 01.07.2023 to 15.04.2025, in paying the amounts paid towards the terminal and pension benefits of the petitioner, namely, EPF Employee's Contribution, Gratuity, Encashment of Leaves and Commutated Value of Pension, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and without affecting his right to claim balance amounts towards those benefits.

2. Considering the admitted fact that there has been a delay in payment and based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2025, the respondents are directed to disburse the interest amount as per the relevant statutory provisions, within a period of twelve (12) 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
