ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.249 of 2015 dated 12.08.2015 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that upon completion of investigation, the first respondent filed final report, which was taken on file in C.C.No.189 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 25.03.2024 NCC :
