2.In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the conviction and sentence passed by the VI Additional District Court, Madurai in Crl.A.No.9 of 2019 is hereby set aside. The respondent/complainant shall withdraw a sum of Rs.75,000/-, which was deposited before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Madurai by way of filing proper application.
