ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to disburse the arrears amount of Rs.49,25,731/- for the financial years 2011-12 and 2013-14 to 2016-17 and for current year with interest at the rate of 24% per annum from the date the amount was due until date of payment and to pay the future payments regularly for supplying the energy to the respondent/corporation.

Pending this writ petition, the amount demanded had already been adjusted and therefore, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed.
