ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the first respondent police station in Crime No.79 of 2018 and quash the same so far as the petitioner concern as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram vide e.filing.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 05.02.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No aav 2/4
