ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.2 of 2020 from the second respondent herein to the third respondent or any other suitable agency/officer to conduct the enquiry and file a report before this Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.2 of 2020 and final report is going to be filed before the learned Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pappanasam.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a request before this Court that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to file charge sheet within a time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

4.Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to file charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
