ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2.

2. All that the petitioner seeks is disposal of his appeal pending before the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the first respondent will give a disposal to the said appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
