ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to complete the trial in C.C.No.70 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III (CCIW), Madurai, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime is of the year 2004, Final Report has been filed in the year of 2006 itself, but so far there is no progress in the trial process before the concerned trial Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that for the past several years, Judicial Magistrate Court No.III (CCIW), Madurai, is kept vacant.

3. Considering the oldness of the crime and as well as the case is of the year 2006, there shall be direction to the in-charge Magistrate of 2/4

the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III (CCIW), Madurai, to take up the trial process and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
