India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders in relation to the commission of various offences in the matrimonial home by the respondents 3 to 7 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 16.09.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a FIR was registered in Cr.No. 25 of 2023 as against five named accused persons for offence under Section 498(A) IPC. On completion of investigation, the police report also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.

3.Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
