P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Government order in G.O.(Ms).NO. 49 Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Asperses (AH7) Department dated 28.02.2017 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.34790/C1/2016 dated 06.04.2017 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and the consequential impugned order in Na.Ka.No. 34790/C1/2016 dated 20/06/2017 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to restore the petitioners to the post of Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry by way of allocating the duties of Administration, Clinical Work and Supervision Work in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Animal Husbandry Employees Service Rules, within the time period stipulated by this Court.

The Government Order cancelling the earlier impugned Government Order has also been placed on record. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
