The petitioners/accused in Crime No. 353 of 2024 , on the file of the first respondent police have moved this petition to quash the 1/4
above proceedings pending as against them.
2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 353 of 2024 has already been completed, final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in STC No.699 of 2025 and the case is posted to 04.11.2025.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed and the same was also taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
