This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to consider his representation dated 08.06.2017 to remove the fourth respondent as Muthavalli of the third respondent mosque. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. It is seen that the petitioner has sent representation to the first and second respondents making allegations against the fourth respondent and also given the details of criminal antecedents of the fourth respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would admit that the fourth respondent has been removed from Muthavalli of the third respondent mosque.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the fourth respondent has been removed from Muthavalli by resolution No. Na.Ka.No.7346/12/B12/Thanjai dated 09.01.2019 and therefore the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
