ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 4 of 2019 from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the third respondent forthwith and further direct the third respondent to conduct proper investigation and to file final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the same was closed as mistake of fact and RCS notice was also served to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.04.2026 apd 3/5
