PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.14763/T2/2017 dated 10.08.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to appoint another enquiry committee headed by another District Official and to conduct the same.
