ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking mandamus, to direct the respondent no.2 to complete the proceedings dated 04.06.2025 and provide family pension, family welfare fund, death benefits and service benefits with minimum interest by considering the petitioners representation dated 20.08.2025 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. The claim of the petitioner had been taken on file by the third respondent and he has forwarded a communication dated 04.06.2025 to the second respondent for disposal of the family benefits and the same is yet to be disposed of by the second respondent.

3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the request made by the third respondent dated 04.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No.4885/Ni3/2/2025 within a period of four 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
