This impleading petition is filed by a person who contends that he is a joint owner of the land in S.No.

17/2A5A. The impleading petitioner has relied on the "A" Register showing the name of Alagar, who is said to be the father of the impleading petitioner.

Joint patta No.751 in the names of Alagar and Ganesa Mudaliar has also been filed.

2. Upon perusal of these documents, it appears that the impleading petitioner is a necessary party. Therefore, this impleading petition is allowed as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendments in the main writ petition before the next hearing date.
