2.Today(03.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the 2/5

petitioner is no longer with the respondent Corporation as LCO. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
