Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.VETRIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17653 of 2024 on 19.10.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. In the considered view of this Court, there is no question of modifying the condition imposed by this Court since the condition was imposed based on the undertaking given by the learned Counsel for the petitioners before this Court while deciding the anticipatory bail petition. Therefore after such an undertaking is given, there is no question of modifying the condition. 4.In view of the above, this petition is closed and the time already granted by this Court is extended by one week to the petitioners to comply with conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
