ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute in respect of the land in Survey No. 107/1, New Survey No. 107/1B to an extent of 50 cents situated at Manakarambai Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District by unnecessarily harassing the petitioner against law under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-1 to 3.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 19659 of 2019 submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner, harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner; the presence of the petitioner is not required for any enquiry; and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
