The respondents remain un-represented. 2.This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 362 days in filing the restoration petition, which was dismissed on 12.08.2024.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. As sufficient cause has been shown, this application is allowed as prayed for. 4.Registry, to number the restoration petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing.
