This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 18.07.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12913 of 2023.

On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and investigation is pending. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month until further orders.
