PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to life and limb of the petitioners and his family members based on the representation dated 10.10.2023. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to life and limb of the petitioners and his family members based on the representation dated 10.10.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is a dispute between the partners of a Firm. He further submitted that the representation will be enquired and completed within a period of fifteen(15) days.

3. In view of the submission, let the representation be disposed of, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order, by summoning both parties to workout remedy before the concerned court through appropriate civil process. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy before the concerned Court.

4. With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
