ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.10.2023. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry is pending on the complaint of the petitioner in the CSR stage and the enquiry will be completed within a period of fifteen (15) days.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner's complaint be disposed of by the second respondent by summoning the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein within a period of fifteen(15) days.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
