Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to issue No Due Certificate in respect of the petitioner's educational loan account No.11356411000662 maintained at the second respondent Office, since the entire loan proceeds has been cleared as 1/3

per the directives of the Central Government guidelines, IBA Model Educational Loan Scheme and as per the communication issued by the bank vide Letter CN/1135/EDU/2010 dated 25.10.2010 and to refund the excess payment of Rs.9,280/-.

ORDER

When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
