This contempt petition has been filed to initiate the contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12874 of 2022, dated 18.07.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the final report has already been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil on 25.07.2022.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. The Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil is directed to process the final report as per Rules.
