ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The materials placed before this Court are absolutely insufficient to enable me to grant relief as sought for. I wanted the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to trace the petitioner's title. The petitioner's counsel unable to do so. I am not able to grant relief. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. 3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
