The impugned order passed by the first respondent in G.O. (3D)No.55 (Agriculture (Vae.Ni.2) Department) dated 10.02.2017, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of stay petition, stay has been granted. However, the petitioner was paid only terminal benefits. There are certain pensionary benefits and monetary dues liable to be paid to the petitioner. Therefore, she prayed this Court to direct the respondents to pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner.

3. Considering the request, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondents. The respondents are directed to pass orders on the representation in the manner known to law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 26.08.2022 (2/2) Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji
