ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to provide police protection for the festival commence on 21.10.2017 in Haja Alaudeen Oliyullah Dharga attached to the Kadarkarai Paalivasal Paribalana Jamath in Keelakarai, Ramanathapuram District.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, even though the matter became infructuous, the third respondent is giving continuous threat. It is open to the petitioner, if new cause of action arises in future to make proper representation and it is for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.19409 of 2017 the authorities to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.
3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
