This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the 1st Respondent to refund the security deposit amount to the tune of Rs.2,99,000/- to the petitioner by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 28.04.2015, 17.11.2015, 01.03.2016, 26.07.2023 and 21.08.2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made several representations seeking to to refund the security deposit amount to the tune of Rs.2,99,000/- to the petitioner. Since the same were not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the 2/4

petitioner dated 21.08.2023, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
