PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in Cr.M.P. No. 7310 of 2022 dated 26.10.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, Madurai District and set aside the same and issue direction to any Special Agency for further investigation, since there is a lot of weight of evidence and all probabilities of chances are their to erase family settlement records which may deems fits accordance with law. ORDER
This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai dismissing the private 2/6
complaint filed by the petitioner by order dated 26.10.2022.
2. There is no appearance on the side of the petitioner.
3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondents.
4. This Court carefully went through the order passed by the Court below. The Court below on considering the sworn statements recorded and on considering the materials placed, came to a conclusion that no ground has been made out to entertain the application filed by the petitioner under Section 200 r/w. 156(3) of CrPC. The order does not suffer from any illegality.
