O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file final report in respect of Crime No.211 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruppananthal Police Station, Thanjavur District, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.211 of 2023, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 470 and 471 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered on 14.04.2023, so far no progress is made in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 4 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
