PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction by directing the first respondent and second respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the complaint of second respondent. ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the complaint of the second respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, a case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.7 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(b) of IPC. Pending the above said investigation process, suppressing the same, the second respondent has given another complaint against this petitioner. Upon which, enquiry was undertaken in C.NO.1383 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that already case was registered against the petitioner. Because of non cooperation of the both sides, it was closed on 18.11.2023. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. There is no question of harassment.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
