This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned charge memo passed by the third respondent, dated 25.09.2017 against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
