ORDER

This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2017 consequently, direct the third respondent to provide police protection for laying a barbed fencing 1/3

in the petitioner's land in SF No.53/2 situated at Kallapallie Village, Lalapet Post, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District. 2.By an order dated 16.02.2021, it is observed that the earlier order passed by this Court was found to be not complied with and there is no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Moreover, reading of the petition shows that the petitioner sought police protection based upon the representation dated 22.09.2017, for making fence in his property. Since the representation made in the year 2017, it appears that the cause of action would not have survived till this day and so, the petitioner is not interested in perusing the matter.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
