When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, the respondent Police conducted an enquiry and closed the same on 26.01.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the bar.
