Prayer in WP(MD). 20866/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned suspension order dated 29.11.2013 in No. A3/ 9075/2013 passed by the 5h respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4th respondent to allow the petitioner to retire and to give entire retirement benefits and pension amount with interest to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Court by the order dated 25.11.2015, directed the appropriate disciplinary authority to pass final orders in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disciplinary proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.Contending that there is no compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to wilful disobedience to the order passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.A1/9891/2013, whereunder it is stated that final orders have been passed on 30.06.2016.

4.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
