Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of 2nd respondent, dated 01/03/2017 in Na.Ka.No.43 of 2017 and quash the same and consequentially, directing the second respondent to call back the original sale deed, dated 07/09/2016, executed by the respondents 3 and 4 in favour of the petitioner and the fifth respondent (Document No.P17 of 2016) from the fifth respondent and register and release the same to the petitioner.

ORDER

W.P.(MD).No.19469 of 2017 civil suit before appropriate forum and he has also made an endorsement to withdraw the petition.

2.Having regard to the facts and the dispute in this writ petition and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a Civil suit before appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
