ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025 and to permit him to conduct Gramiya Isai Nigalchi at T.Veppankulam Sri Manimanthiri Sekari Amman Alayam 18th year Muzhaipari Urchava Thiruvizha,

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered as per the Circular issued by the Director General of Police in Rc007301/GenlI/2019 dated 09.04.2019 and the order so passed would be communicated to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes not to perform any programme, which will affect the sentiments of any community or class of people or provoke breach of peace. 2/4

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
