PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 31/Ka/Aa/Tho.Va/2023, dated 12.10.2023 quash the same as illegal and to grant permission to conduct the Kabbadi Match on 04.11.2023 to 05.11.2023 at Thailampallaiyam Colony, Varatharajapuram Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that permission was granted to the petitioner by the respondent Police. Accordingly, the said Kabadi match was also conducted. 2/4
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no further adjudication required in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
