ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the second respondent. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none appeared on her behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the second respondent has got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 174 days, however, on payment of costs.
