PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to impugned summon issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.G2/2978451/2025 dated 14.07.2025 and quash the same. 1/4

ORDER

By this writ petition, an inquiry notice tated 14.07.2025 of the District Revenue Officer is challenged.

2.The petitioner asserts that the revision petition filed by the 4th and 5th respondents herein is an abuse of process of law and that they should have approached the civil court.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner can participate in the proceedings and raise all objections therein. He further submits that the first respondent would consider and dispose of such revision within three months.

4.Since the challenge is to an enquiry notice, I am not inclined to interfere with such notice. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the private respondents herein within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents herein. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
