Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19945 of 2015, dated 03.11.2015.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent made in Na.ka.A5/1018/2015 dated 11.09.2015 and to quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner herein in any suitable post based on her educational qualification on compassionate ground.
