This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the ffirst respondent to complete the inquiry pending on the file of Na.Ka.No. 5960/2023/H, within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent would conduct and conclude the inquiry after putting the petitioner and all other necessary parties on notice and would pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conduct and conclude the inquiry on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity to the petitioner and all the necessary parties and pass appropriate orders within 2/4
a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
