O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] Assigning breakup details for the delay, the petitioners have filed this civil miscellaneous petition seeking to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Paragraph No.21 of the accompanying affidavit is selfexplanatory in respect of the delay caused in filing the writ appeal.

3. This Court ordered notice to the respondent on 19.09.2025 and the respondent has entered appearance on 21.11.2025. However, till date, the respondent has not filed his counter affidavit. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 130 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
